Ok so this was not the worst movie I’ve ever seen which is surprising due to the poster and the plot summary of it. It had its moments and Craig Robinson is honestly really good as the sheriff of the town because of how self aware he is. Also I’m curious as to how dehydrated the actor who played Jack was to get his veins to be constantly popped out and to look like Sly’s veins in Rocky III and IV. A fun watch, probably best with other people.

Indy saying “Russians” as his first line of the movie has got to be one of the greatest first lines of all time. He delivers it with such disdain almost to the level of when he says “Nazis”. Besides that tremendous line, the movie does not have a lot left to offer. The alien stuff doesn’t really do it for me but I do not want to rag on it too much because adventure is one of the movie…
I know I know this is after Halloween but who cares, Halloween day is just a scam to get people to pay more for candy than they normally would. Not that I fall for that every year.
