    Whatever person read a reddit thread and thought of this must think they’re a hilarious genius.

    A premise that is inherently dumb, but makes action sequences more visceral than the usual fare, taking a tip from modern action TV like The Boys (obviously). Holds things back a bit to play it for comedy, which I think is correct in tone, but limiting in imagination.

    Was curious where this might go and worried for a second that it was gonna fall short, but delivers the desired twist that satisfyingly contextualizes everything.

    It is not mind-blowing, groundbreaking stuff, but it addresses a truth that has reared its ugly head far too often these days. Steady sound and omnipotent camerawork set scenes well enough.
