Back in the day when they made soppy liberal “this country needs hope” films they’d at least have the common bloody decency to water down a belter of an Alan Moore story and cast Hugo Weaving as some English knobhead in a fedora who can go mach 7 while killing a whole squadron of guys in 5 seconds.
