  i didn’t really love this movie! i thought it meant to be a lot more revolutionary than it was. the commentary it made was interesting but not as new and nuanced as everyone made it out to be. not be annoying but i feel like the “twist” where vanya was an asshole was NOT SURPRISING!!! he’s obviously an asshole

  SO FUN! i loved parker posey and her love interest in this movie! some of the scenes did NOT age well but in other ways i think the movie could easily translate into modern culture. like there’s still are DJs/ artists living with cunty women who wear weird fun outfits in new york; very common occurrence
