    Film Noir Week
    A really well made and well acted piece of noir-style cinema, but none of the stories really grabbed me. The wraparound segment had some comedic moments and the second story was pretty intriguing in that old Twilight Zone way, but overall it wasn't my favorite film I've picked up. Still cool to see a "horror" adjacent anthology I'd never heard of. And like I said, it looks great.

    Cage's performance here is great, as is basically everyone. This is a movie that I remember seeing trailers for and never seeing the movie. Then one day I picked up the blu-ray and it sat on my shelf for 9 years because I'm an idiot. This movie kicks ass.
