  Saw this in 35mm at the Nitehawk and befriended the 23 year old girl sitting next to me, the server thought we were together so he put her drink on my tab which I paid without looking at the bill. I told her she could Venmo me but her boyfriend came to meet her with $20 to pay me back with after the movie was over. I love girls and I love New York. RIP Brittany 🤍

  also, the camera work? those drone shots?? native actors in an A24 film who aren’t having to play *native* characters but just get to have fun in a freaky movie?? idk what y’all are on, I loved it

  Got to watch the Intended Version with Frank Oz, who did a Q & A after. I laughed so much. This man is deadly charming and funny and brilliant. I didn’t particularly love this movie until I saw this Director’s Cut - the ending is far superior. When asked about it, Frank said, “I don’t believe in happy endings I believe in satisfying endings.”
