  Brilliant execution in the cinematography and musical score; I felt like I was taken into another world. Real question: can Hans Zimmer just compose for every sci-fi movie? His music truly enhances the mystique and captivating beauty of the story’s backdrop. 

  However, the screenplay could not have been any drier than the desert itself in Dune. The slow pacing and lack of character development made the overall storytelling feel very empty-handed and devoid of any depth. Some scenes felt too tedious to watch, so much so that I honestly began to space out. 

  Overall, not bad but not great.
