  maybe this film just wasn’t for me, but i can safely say that it’s objectively bad… the story felt preachy but also super hollow. the characters were all unlikable and insufferable. i didn’t know who to root for or what was happening… i will give props for francis ford coppola for being courageous enough to release this widely, because it’s really not good.

  i watched this by myself in theaters with all these tiny kids chuckling and blabbering, and omg it was sooo cute and fun. i am so blown away by how much i love this!!! the animation, the story, the jokes—what a perfect mix!! i seriously think that this is my favorite animation of all time. i am so giddy and happy and can’t stop smiling to myself! :’)
