Horror in the High Desert 2021
After the 20th cutscene of sprawling Nevada landscape stock footage, followed by a talking head describing scenarios that should actually be seen instead of heard, I was rooting for whatever caused the disappearance of the main character. It wasn’t even a movie I could peacefully doom scroll while watching because of how annoyingly distracting all the pointless stock footage cutscenes were.
