Exactly the movie we need right now. Extremely silly but with some feelgood anti-capitalist fantasy. I hope Luigi gets to watch this one.
The story is decent, but the performances are awesome. Feels like they used the weirdest take of every line reading. Is Robert Pattinson just my favorite actor now? It’s likelier than you think
This movie assumes that I think Bob Dylan is great, which is not a thought that I have ever had. So when people ultimately turn on him, it’s genuinely confusing, as his new music doesn’t really seem any better or worse than his old music. This is at its best when it acknowledges that Bob is just a weird guy to be around, and that we should really just be more like Pete Seeger.
The writing is just out of this world. Original, funny, interesting…not sure what more you could want out of a movie.
