A City of Sadness 1989
It's complicated. It's tragic. The crowds of people do not end, but neither does the sadness. Peeks of nature outside the city makes a wonderful juxtaposition. The increasing focus on the best of us only makes the sadness more evident.
5/5 must watch. It's hard to write a review for such a poetic movie, because words are inevitably oversimplifying.
