  Killing Them Softly 2012

  With the amount of talent that’s in this cast, I was hoping this would be a lot better. It has a strong opening with the first 20 minutes or so Beijing quite riveting. However it starts getting to philosophical and with the constant speeches from both Bush and Obama playing in the background it’s clear the movie is also trying to put a political message into the movie and it gets a bit too heavy handed. The final 20 minutes are also very intense but the middle hour of the movie is where I felt the movie lacking quite a bit.

  It’s perfectly fine. It’s. It nearly as bad as the internet has been hyping it up to be for the past 2 years, but it’s also not great. It’s perfectly average with some really good elements, but also containing several questionable decisions. 

  Rachel Ziegler is an absolute star. There is no denying that. I’ve been a huge fan of hers since West Side Story. I’m still bummed she didn’t get an Oscar nomination for it, and I have enjoyed seeing…

  The baseball season has officially started so of course it’s time to watch a a baseball movie. 

  Disney just seems to have a magic touch when it comes to sport biopic movies. The Rookie is another one that shines bright and leaves you feeling inspired.

  That was 2 hours and 20 minutes??? That was one of the fastest 2 and a half hours I’ve ever witnessed. 

  This movie is sensational. It absolutely lives up to the hype. The animation, storytelling, use of music all blend together masterfully to create an unforgettable experience.
