Campy, sorry, some beautiful shots, divas fighting to live. 80s horror that leans into the idea what I'd zombies were vampires that were demons. A fun time.

I fully enjoyed this and would watch it again, loved the mythology, gore and effects that's felt like it was from the 70s or 80s. It was weird, creepy, gross and interesting. To me this turns the woman staying in a cabin with her new love interest who is a killer on its head. And I appreciate what Travis Stevens the director is trying to achieve. I love watching a art bro creepy ass man go crazy and divas being divas and girldbossing. If this was made in the 70s or 80s alot of you would be giving this a higher rating.

I love the concept of a monster being an abuser and a metaphor for domestic abuse. The movie did lose me in the final act, then pulled me back in the last couple minutes. It is a slow burn film, beautifully shot and I enjoyed the soundscaping. Nom nom nom, lots of munching on flesh. Also Cher producing this what a diva.

Dippy is so cute, and once gain I love the puppets and practical effects. However this sequel trades I the horror elements of the first and leans into more of its goofy silly nature. I'm afraid it doesn't really work for me, but there are some great moments even though it is a little clunky and messy. I also don't like the fact they used the f slur.
