It's 5 AM. I've been up since 3AM finishing a report that wasn't my responsibility but needed to be done because it's for our biggest client. I stumbled on a post on Severance, along with a quote that we all make a choice to come back to the purgatory of capitalism because freedom in reality is just choosing between the pointless grind or destitution.
One day, maybe I'll have 10 hours to watch the paint dry and chuckle at the sheer cheekiness of it. Not today, but someday.
