Unbearably quirky (sooo random!) and “cute”. Nonstop narration. I was already ready to quit before it started preaching about how evil and dumb Christianity is. Wake me up when they mock Judaism or Islam.

Anatomy of a Fall 2023
Actually a 2.5 hr courtroom drama, not a “psychological thriller”. If you commit to this, be prepared for a fashionably ambiguous open ending. I was also disturbed by the real drugging and forcing a dog to vomit (in closeup).

The Beyond 1981
Decided to give this another shot after loving New York Ripper and Cat in the Brain. It was slightly better than my first viewing in 2012. Still pretty boring with some great special effects peppered in. Writing is idiotic - for example, the doctor keeps shooting zombies in the chest over and over after seeing that he has to shoot them in the head!
