  I rewatched two previous versions of Nosferatu to prepare for this and from this chrological study I have formed an important thesis.

  Is Thomas Hutter the OG cuck?

  I wanted to like this more than I did. The orgional Knock is still the best. I think both the 1979 and this version did a disservice to the boat portion of the story. And this version completely ignores the opportunity for Orlock to carry his coffin around. Such a waste!

  As others have said Willem Dafoe continues to be Egger's muse and it was nice to see Ralph Ineson again!

  I watched this almost back to back with "The Trial of the Chicago 7" and was nicely surprised with the narrative parallels. I feel they achieve a better result and over all this film feels like it is telling a story rather than just summing up plot points.
