Most of the time I thought "men lol" ...
Men striking their swords or sticks at each other - don't know the last time I watched a movie where symbolically the penis was so present, sometimes also not symbolically...
The scenery and the camera work was nice if you cut out what's happening in them. I also didn't expect any major female leads but yeah, it would score really low in the bechdel-test.

Alana Haim ❤️ she elevated this movie, the character writing in this is so great and even though I find some of the relationship dynamics a tiny bit critical as well as some other depictions of sex and „culture“ it still didn’t give the impression that any of these depictions were correct, just messy and that circumstances can change quite quickly and that humans are weird which made it so laughable. In times it was really absurd but in a good way…
