So stupid and funny. Despite barely anything happening I found it entertaining. Something about an 80's turkish family finding a caked up gay little alien and deciding he is a member now and they support his sexuality is just really iconic. Dudes rock.

Love happy endings. Would love to see a happy ending by Fujimoto someday.

Beautiful film though, not really any more to say that it doesn't already say itself.

These days it can be hard for me to like slashers, either too focused on our awful "protagonists" or just a mess of gore with zero purpose or vision, so this one thoroughly surprised me.

It's dumb, it's campy, it's fun (including the visuals which I felt were a big stand out), what more do you need, really?

Only issues I really had were with the main characters, I just hated nearly all of them and needed them off the screen so I could see more cool moments with the killers.

Really hoping for a sequel, Tim Curry deserves a nice full return to cinema.

Really important movie with a message that is touted by a lot of movies that don't care to take the extra step in actually giving proper representation. The message and impact hits much harder when you actually care to cast correctly instead of using CGI or metaphor. Not only that, but Adam Pearson was an absolute gem in this and was easily my favorite part. His character was so hilarious and charming. Got a good amount of laughs from me even with the uncomfortable truths and Edward's loss of identity. I enjoyed it a lot.
