🚨Banger alert! A perfect time at the movies. Munched on jelly beans, I drank a light beer for (I think) the first time, and we all looked at each other with such satisfied nods as the credits rolled. Eric mentioned that it felt like a whodunnit in some ways; it makes sense, then, why I ate this right up!
Clarissa was my favorite character. Loved all the ensemble scenes (everyone moving into action after the injury!) and the polygraph scene.
Already dying to watch it again!
Wanted to watch an Almodóvar, and this was streaming! If I had looked at the premise I probably would have picked something less triggering for me than a son's death, but I loved it! Funny, warm, and full of women taking care of each other in that very Almodóvar way.

This was okay! Overall sweet, and had a few moments that worked. The friend being too excited while Lucy was ambivalent and not yet comfortable with the idea of dating girls brought me back in time 10 years. I wish it had been funnier though! Watched it while trying to grade and write report card comments
