Ferris Bueller's Day Off 1986
I liked this movie a lot. It makes me very nostalgic, even though it’s for a time I was never apart of. The whole setting and vibe of the movie was very appealing to me. The characters and music all play into this grand showing of the classic 80s American lifestyle. It’s all very fun to watch. It’s among the best movies you can show a foreigner to demonstrate what being an American in that time period was like. I’d like to live in this world.

Knives Out 2019
Knives Out was a very fun and engaging watch. The characters that make up the movie's cast were all interesting and dynamic and made the mover a much better final product overall. The standout would be Blanc, as I felt whenever he was onscreen the movie became much more interesting and engaging to watch. The film also does a great job playing with POV, which goes especially far considering the movie is largely made up of testimonies from the characters, which are expressed as flashbacks. It helps a lot because this film is a whodunnit/thriller, so the unreliable narration helps a lot.
