Reeks of Y2K era cringy action flick and hollow character/relationship cliches. At least the doves and guns spawning from the sand are badass.
Starts off teasing as if this will become a stylish, paranoid spy/giallo hybrid but then proceeds to lose its early ominous tone, descending into typical 90s Hollywood overreaching.
Not quite the spectacle it would become but still a satisfactory, vintage thrill ride.
