From the beginning, Keaton has been death-defyingly hilarious!

This looked like an absolute BLAST to work on, and had some of the simplest but funniest bits I’ve seen in a Keaton project. Switching sides on the ladder, falling out the top-floor-door, the director covering the lens while The Wife is in the bath, the freaking TRAIN scene???

    it doesn’t break.

Absolutely brilliant time. brilliant cinematography, brilliant performances, brilliant direction, brilliant suspense, brilliant film. i somehow managed to go into this COMPLETELY BLIND in 2025, and i’m so glad i managed to wait to see it first in a theatre. real, real respect for this one.
