Beautiful, mystical with all the joy, humour and magic of any Ghibli film but with the most scale and ambition you could imagine. Please watch this film.

X-Men: First Class 2011
Watching the X-men films in in-universe chronological order is great when you get to start with such a good representation of what makes the X-men such a long-standing group.
McAvoy and Fassbender are central to why these young X-men movies are more than just an afterthought to the X-men I grew up with.

Jokes (and genuine concerns) aside, one of the best films X-men has to offer.

Tenet 2020
The less than positive reception of this film kept me away from it for a while. On watching, I think it has been unfairly received. Perhaps there is a bigger problem than I feel there would be to not understanding a film, but even those who were confused by the timey-wimey chronology here surely can appreciate great action and a stand-out performance and character for Robert Pattinson to present. It may not be as gripping as Inception, but I felt it did not leave me wanting more.
