  I am not one for sappy romantic movies whatsoever, and as a black-comedy romance, this movie pleasantly surprised me in how much I enjoyed it. I found the characters of Julien and Sophie to be over-the-top narcissists in the best possible way, and their love for each other ebbing in and out of their individual lives was beautifully written. With phenomenal performances as well as intermittent visual effects that were done, it has immense rewatch value, and I’ll definitely be watching it again soon.

Following
