Watched the only way I ever would. Bleary cam version. Loud Brazilian Portuguese gambling adverts every 20 minutes. Not worth my time remotely, but I just can't look away from Rachel Zegler when she's singing.
- The infamous bad haircut got an in-story reason. (Quite possibly after the first response to the costume leaks. This movie's production went on so long they genuinely could have added the shots of the Evil Queen cutting little Snow White's hair in reshoots.)

The Brutalist 2024
Great until its clumsy epilogue doesn't stick the landing and muddies the water. The sequence can obviously be read charitably but I think some work was needed. An undeniable achievement on its budget that everyone else in Hollywood should be embarrassed by.
I wholly question the use of AI in voice tuning Brody and Jones' (Oscar-nominated!) performances in Hungarian. "Preserving authenticity of performance" would mean leaving the performances as they were, not fixing perceived "mistakes". I wonder what this is…
