The Fox and the Hound 1981
The first three quarters of this film are filled with bad voice acting, but the story throughout the whole film truly touches the heart. The last quarter is a pay off for the early character development. Seems to be a riff on Romeo and Juliet in some ways.

A good story overall. Casey Affleck does a great job of bringing his character to life. You do feel like you’re apart of this families story for the entirety of the movie. Some of the BIG scenes here are hard to watch but bring truth to what a regular persons life could be at any moment. The Truman Show 1998
Just rewatched this movie and it deserves a ratings bump. 3.5➡️4. Jim Carey is just phenomenal. His psychotic human nature really shows out in this film and he plays Truman as if it is him experiencing his life. The movies idea is genius and original (although it could be based on a book, I’m not doing my research). So many moving parts in this film and it’s executed at a high level. The movie is friendly yet it makes you think about your own daily routine. Solid, solid film.
