  Blink Thrice!
  Exactly as thoughtless and repetitive as any of the Marvel slop we've gotten in the last 5 years, just for the post-Get Out A24 horror crowd. Ayo is a compelling lead, though.

  This movie is never once scary. It is uncomfortable, though, which is mostly because it feels like the whole thing got away from Aster halfway through. Midsommar exaggerates every one of Hereditary's flaws without including its actually thoughtful examination of grief. 

  I will give the cinematography a shoutout. It was beautiful to look at (when it wasn't gross).
