Profoundly, deeply evil film. It’s amazing to me that people can say America’s history can be separated from the racism when this is the first film ever screened at the White House. The very idea of creating a sprawling, massive film in the infancy of the medium just to portray your hatred for an entire people is revolting. Terrifying that for many years this was looked upon fondly as a classic, people saw this and in their minds believed it was the true history of our country.
