To me the remarkable point is that though it included lots of elements which are pretty typical in many commercial films, such as millionaires, rags-to-riches stories, or mafia like henchmen, it feels much closer to reality. Henchmen weren’t that cool and cruel, and the millionaires can just spend money to fix everything.
