good movie with a great midpoint sequence
(if you’ve seen the movie, you know exactly what I’m talking about)but spoiler alert I wanted Michèle to get as far away from Alex as possible by the end, after going to jail (for some unhinged reasons) I found it hard to believe that she would just forgive him
I’ve seen the interpretation that after they hit the water it’s actually a surrealist fantasy from Alex before he dies but there’s absolutely no indication of that.
But if that’s the case, then that’s an ending I can get on board with.
