  boring. they were trying to do political intrigue and romance at the same time so they both ended up half-assed. there were lots of charming moments between victoria and albert that I enjoyed and emily blunt was great as always. but it just felt like a collection of loose ideas for what the movie should be about and they didn't commit to any of them
