Do not, my friends, become addicted to water. It will take hold of you, and you will resent its absence!

Ok parts of this did not work at all and parts were amazing. Held up by two Robert Pattinson's and some genuinely funny parts. Taken down by weird ass pacing in the middle 2/3rds. It's goofy like Okja and that's ok!

I liked when Robert Pattinson flopped out of the body printer machine and landed ass out. I hope he really did that.

Watched over several days. On various formats. In various states of brain deadness. As I'm sure Francis Ford Coppola would've intended. This is a lot like the first for me. Undeniably impressive (every large scale scene with dozens of extras). But too goddamn long. But when it soars it soars. But in-between, especially when you stretch it out over days, it feels interminable. Deserves a theater experience for sure. But Godfather just ain't my favorite.

    It's just not like watching…

Dang Leni Riefenstahl is a babe!

Sure seems like they don't need much clothing for how much snow there is!

Watched this just so I could make connections to all the references in Inglorious Basterds. Neat. Takes a long ass time (even in 2x) to get to the good good. Some neat mountain climbing and skiing.

Second time through I was transfixed to the screen. This plays so much better in a large and respectful crowd. This movie does not drag and has no fat on it. Listening to the score three times before this viewing helped a lot. My anxiety dials are calibrated a lot lower than Chloe and Kirsten, as they found it to be a maddening two hours, like looking at a really captivating car crash that you can't look away from. "maybe it's a guy thing"
