  as a documentary it isn't particularly interesting but as an experimental moodboard i enjoyed it. it's got that transcendental style that sort of takes you to another place but you really have to settle into it for it to fully work.

  no idea wtf terayama was cooking here by loosely adapting 100 years of solitude and infusing it with acid but hey, it works and i love all the imagery. his first film he ever made, the cage, featured the motif of a clock and the question of whether or not we are all a prisoner to time—ending his filmography with even more clocks and time warping and twisting in on itself is quite fitting. rip the goat

  the jumping around in time got a little annoying to me the more excessive it got but other than that shit's great, luca guadalupe does it again. needed more gay sex though ngl, i expected some real twink action here but never got it

  uhhhhh not sure what to say on this one idk. definitely not the worst thing of all time like twitter is calling it but yeah selena gomez is very bad and some of the musical sequences (the infamous "penis to vagina" scene) are questionable. some stuff is enjoyable though, the choreography during some of the scenes is fun and it does feel like people actually put effort into this. idk man
