  The theatrical version of this movie is just BRUTAL. All caps. One of the leanest, meanest, most savage piece of cinema

  Rambo: First Blood—which is cut from a different cloth compared to its sequels by being more than mere mindless action fun—had only 1 death. And it was accidental.
