  The sauce. 

  Bong Joon Ho didn’t disappoint with this satire packing a punch commenting on the exploitation of the working class, humans’ habit of colonization, a certain U.S. president, the ethics of medical advancements, the treatment of native populations, and the meaning of “punishment” — all melting together to imbue a little heart into a sci-fi flick.

  I recently heard someone say that Marvel is shooting itself in the foot for continuing its trend of “set up, set up, set up” after triumphs like Infinity War and Endgame — viewers aren’t invested anymore. It’s my biggest Marvel pet peeve to watch a feature-length film produced without any contextual significance to a larger narrative because that’s what the MCU used to embody. Marvel is mostly regurgitations and callbacks now instead of innovations or nuggets scattered like infinity stones.…
