I was completely engaged the entire time.
Other than the times I glanced at IMDb, I was completely locked into this movie. The dialogue was written so uniquely for a western. The writers took a more direct approach and had the character speak more “naturally” or “normally”. Whether it is indicative of how people actually spoke in this time period, I don’t know. However, I appreciate the choice because it helps the viewer to relate to each character’s perspective.
