  actually really enjoyed watching this!! not a genre i usually watch but this was exactly the right amount of scary, tense, chilling and even comedy for me and i was captivated by the whole film. i was invested in the plot’s twists and turns and it wasn't too long. loved ayo edebiri as always what a queen

  i think it was a great blend of new and old, really capturing the 80s vibe of beetlejuice while being a modern film, and not feeling inauthentic in either of those! it was sufficiently strange and a very layered story that actually came together well enough for me. 
  it was so so exciting to see the going over the town intro part in the cinema! the music sounded SO good!!
