  As a lifelong IU fan, this is just a fun watch for all the Indiana stuff, especially seeing Bobby Hurley as a Hoosier.

  Aside from that, this gets more interesting with time as money now plays an open role in college basketball.

  Oh, and I miss J.T. Walsh. The dude was the ultimate scumbag of the '90s.

  I'm still sentimental enough towards Smith's early work to get taken in by a few moments at the end of this one, but for the most part I found this to be complete fucking trash.

  Once they start flat out making the first film, it became sad because everyone has somehow gotten worse at acting and writing over the past nearly thirty years.
