Obnoxious men, weak women. I love Cassavetes and Falk but kind of over the aforementioned gender stereotyping. At least I can see where the Swingers sequel, MADE, got its INSPIRATION (which is also a bad movie).

Behind the Door 1919
One of the most haunting WWI-era silent films starring Wallace Beery and Hobart Bosworth. I first experienced the 1995 incomplete LOC restoration at Cinefest in Syracuse, NY. in March of 2013.
I later had the great opportunity to work with the restoration and reconstruction team once access was gained to the more compete print located at Gosfilmofond.
It took hours of reconstruction due to incompleteness, tinting order (LOC print) and the Russian version which altered the storyline to some degree.…Translated from by
