Tonally flat but maybe in a way that worked in favor of the feeling of it. Pamela Anderson did heavy lifting to make this come together. Her performance was beautiful and filled in for where the script was lacking. I felt really sad the whole time though.

Magical realism overlaid onto both bizarre plot points like frozen husbands and mundane ones like overdraft fees. Really sweet and precious. I loved it. Had a fever dream quality to it that reminded me of after hours, maybe just because that was the most recent fever dream movie I saw and enjoyed. This movie Warmed my frozen intestines :-)
