  Well... I took this as a tale of growing up. We may misguidedly place experience and adventure outside of ourselves. Then again, given her circumstances—she was grounded in a state of adolescence, and I would've left with Ruffalo too—what other choice did she have? There are conflicts and neat resolutions on her journey and she appears to come out the other side unscathed.
