This movie is bad. There’s some real great enemies to lovers type scenes and the leads look great, but unfortunately they are smushed inside ridiculousness. Is it a comedy? A drama? A rom-com? Camp? Satire? The movie doesn’t know and neither do I. All I know is the U.S. did not send new marines to active combat in Iraq in fall 2021–the movie, however, did not know this.

The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes 2023
Very well cast and acted and didn’t hate it but overall did not love; the pacing just didn’t work with the novel. Either needed a pt 1 and 2 or reworking.
The fade to credit moment though? 10/10 I cried
