  Potentially worst movie of all time.

  A few notes:
  • Loved that there were ads. Gave me a nice break.
  • Main girl sucked at dancing. No chance she got into college. Sorry! Same goes for Noah Beck being a starting quarterback at USC. 
  • If they’re gonna do the whole “I’m not giving up my dream, dad, I’m giving up yours” trope, at least let Noah beck say the line. 
  • Frankly I have no idea how main girl…

  The Brutalist 2024

  A masterpiece that kept me glued to the screen for almost all 3.5 hours. The acting and cinematography were some of the best I’ve ever seen. Although there were some missteps that did not entirely land and the ending left something to be desired, neither meaningfully detracted from both how thoughtful and thought provoking the film was overall. I haven’t been able to stop thinking about this movie in relation to my grandma and how Toth’s experience mirrored her own. God it’s brutal out here…

  Ps. Bring back movie intermissions. That was soooo diva!
