  Mark Ruffalo’s impression is uncanny. Overall another great film from Bong Joon Ho - perfect balance between social commentary and comedy. 

  Anyway - about this printing though. Okay dying still sucks and it’s terrible to be expendable. Everyone objectified Mickey, and no one saw his humanness. BUT isn’t this printing equal to immortality? Pretty interesting idea, I’d say 🤔🤔

  My favorite - one of the multiples doing chore around the house, and the other one just relax. That’s kind of nice

  I think I understand what the film is about. But at the same time I don’t really get it..?
  I really thought I was going to like this movie, and I keep trying to find reasons too, but I can’t really find it. I ache for Lee’s heartbreak, but at the same time I don’t like them enough to be in love with this movie.
  The music in this movie is a bold choice

  There are so many elements of this movie I love!
  - the speech about certainty
  - serving God v serving “the” church 
  - quick history list of what past pope has supported - not great at all
  - sister Agnes cafetaria scene
  - the ENDING!

  Anyway, the main thing I like is to see all these cardinals as mere men who are power hungry - whether they realize it or not. I love the subtle tone and ambition behind the words. The hidden agenda that the character refused to acknowledge they have. In a way, it’s very political.
