I really enjoyed this movie— but I don’t feel that it stuck the landing.
The film seems to go back on its point of view about the culpability of scientists in the end, which bothered me because I thought it was the most interesting theme. Additionally, it felt reductive for the characters to solve the problem of human exploitation by simply blowing up the body printing machine and killing the couple in charge when it’s clear the issues are systemic.
