  this is the most pathetic, piece of shit movie i’ve ever seen. i can’t even put into words how much i hated it. there was zero tension the entire fucking time. my dumb ass Nat5 english teacher would’ve made us write about this bc of “muh themes”. i didn’t care about any of the characters, none of them felt real and were just overly simplified character cliches. “overworked mother!!!” “misbehaving child!!!” “nice old lady!!!” SHUT THE FUCK UP. Jennifer Kent owes me 94 minutes of my life back.
