Oh my goodness! Bong Joon Ho did it again. What an amazing, corky, intense, deep movie. Even the poster itself already shows how surreal and interesting this movie is. I cannot tell anything of the plot without spoiling it. A must see and I am already waiting for his next film.

I've heard before about this case and it was a blast watching this docuseries. Extremely well edited in the 90s style with all that exaggeration with virtually every person involved giving their utter sincere opinion of the case. And come on! It was the birth of the Avenatti persona. :)

This movie is a "abuse porn" film. Exploitation of Monroe's suffering is what I took from this film. Virtually every scene the main character is crying. Long, wannabe "artistic" ends up exhausting the audience. It uses vritually any trick in the book; change of aspect ratio, black and white, 50s look filter, continuous shot, "fetuscam", fancy transitions. Ana de Armas. Most important of all, this is not a biopic.
