Singin' in the Rain 1952
The pinnacle of movie musicals - seems like cheating to include in the marathon, but it’s a blind-spot for Ellie. I think she fell in love with me again after watching “Make ‘em Laugh” and thinking that I could do even one iota of that masterpiece.
Moses Supposes, Good Morning, and Singin’ in the Rain as back-to-back-to-back numbers just isn’t fair.

Love the songs and the talented actors, but I could not get over how each song included every other cast member just staring at Dylan as if he was a god, even after years of knowing his talent/falling for his charm or whatever you call it.

Some really solid scene stealers and a great Law performance, especially when yelling expletives in the car. I have a block presently for Nicholas Hoult performances; just as in Juror No. 2, I felt he was miscast. Also, wish that CGI elk was not a part of the proceedings!
