  The film itself probably doesn't deserve such a low rating, but it has animal cruelty every five minutes. You can't just take a donkey and abuse it for pure entertainment to show how bad humans are, because by doing so you're the one being evil. So, fuck Robert Bresson, fuck everyone from the crew and fuck the actors who agreed to mistreat the poor donkey, especially the one who set fire to its tail
