The Black Phone 2021
Before watching this movie I was expecting a “scary” style of movie and while you can say it was I think the depth of this movie was brilliant. Portrayed to be a scary movie but really after seeing it I wouldn’t say scary but more intriguing and suspenseful. The ending when the phone is involved could be some of the best scenes I’ve seen in a movie in while.

I think this movie is one where you almost need to watch it multiple times. There are points in the movie where I understand what’s going on but then there others where it gets confusing. The little details are the ones that are really important and I caught some while watching but there’s plenty I missed.
